Planting trees is a temporary solution. Planting trees helps to absorb excess carbon in the air and lock it away, but by itself it is not enough. We need to plant trees to reduce the carbon already present in the air, but we also need to find ways to emit less carbon.
A permanent solution lies in changing the way we live, creating more energy efficient products, and reducing the amount of wasted energy in our homes. A permanent solution lies in creating new, non polluting, renewable sources of energy.
